Refund policy

At SK Blooms, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic items, we have specific return guidelines.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

✔ Only unused and sealed products are eligible for return
✔ Return request must be made within 7–10 days of delivery
✔ Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt) is required

Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

✘ Opened skincare
✘ Used cosmetics
✘ Clearance or sale items
✘ Products damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Replacement Policy

If you received:

  • a wrong product

  • a damaged product

  • a missing item

We will send a replacement at no extra cost after verification.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping returns unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
